About the Role:

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) who is passionate about helping software vendors transform their businesses from the desktop to the cloud. This ISR needs to be comfortable with getting hands-on with new technology and be adept at helping customers understand the business implications of moving to the cloud.

Frame Platform gives software vendors all the tools they need to easily transform their desktop applications into a cloud-delivered service. We have APIs to make it easy to embed windows applications in web pages, connect 3rd party authentication systems and get access to the analytics of actual use. A big part of this ISR role will be to educate software vendors on these tools while managing the engagements from initial contact and introductory presentations, through to pilots, contract negotiation and deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source new opportunities through inbound lead follow-up & outbound cold calls/emails
  • Research customers and qualify opportunities
  • Perform compelling demos to customers via screenshare
  • Understand and identify customer needs
  • Route Tier-1 opportunities to sales leaders and executives
  • Manage sales engagements for Tier-2 software vendors through the entire funnel
  • Create & track opportunities and meeting notes meticulously in Salesforce
  • Work with cross functional team of DevOps, Solution Architects, Product Managers, Legal & Finance to quickly address any gating issues to keep the customer engaged and excited about Frame’s responsiveness and fast pace of business.


  • Experience working in inside sales of a technical product (preferably software)
  • Track record of overachieving quota
  • Excellent verbal & written communication
  • Strong listening & presentation skills
  • Experience using CRM tools such as salesforce
  • Consultative approach to helping customers achieve their business goals
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
